What is 'Clutch'?
  We are an accessory boutique that has the goal to make every woman feel confident and fashionable without spending thousands of dollars. 

Where is 'Clutch' located?
  Our main office is located in Florence, SC, USA, but our products are shipped from different warehouses around the globe, depending on the product.

What countries do you ship to?
  Currently we are shipping only to the United States, Canada, UK and Australia, but we are working on expanding our shipping destinations. 

How long is the delivery time?
  Delivery time varies from country to country, but typically it takes 2-4 weeks from the shipping date.
    Note: If you have a special event coming up, we encourage making your purchase earlier and check with us prior to ordering.

How do I check the status of my order?
  We e-mail you when we receive your order again as each item gets shipped. We include tracking information for you to follow your shipment.
  Note: The tracking number may take up to 72 hours to become active. 

What happens if my package doesn’t arrive?
  You can track the status of your order with the information we have provided you. In very rare cases we must use a shipping method that does not provide tracking and if the item do not arrive within a reasonable amount of time, we will be happy to issue you a refund. However, if your product is lost in transit, not just delayed we will issue a refund.

How can I return my product?
  Our goal is to make you 100% happy with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return them for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase – as long as the products are in their original packaging and neither have been used nor have signs of being used.
