Refund & Return Policy


Our goal is to make you 100% happy with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return your item for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase – as long as the products are in their original packaging and neither have been used nor have signs of being used.
 
If you are returning a defective item or we made a mistake with your order, please e-mail us and we will make things right.

Note: You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. We advise you using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items which did not arrive in our facility.
 
Please include a copy of the order confirmation e-mail in your return package. Once your return has arrived and been inspected we will notify you that we have received your return package and your refund has been approved (or rejected if it fails to meet the eligibility conditions listed above). Credit for approved refunds will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
